Our Pastors, Tina & Earl Barnett
In 2013 we knew God was transitioning us out of Concordia, Kansas where we had served as lead pastors for 5 years. He led us back to southeast Kansas where we were both originally from and we began building what we thought would be our home base as we pursued our desire to be traveling missionaries. We soon discovered the truth of Proverbs 16:9 "In their hearts humans plan their course, but the Lord establishes their steps." We met some amazing people with the same dream, passion and desire to know God more and to make Him known by blessing and restoring neighbors whether it's across streets or oceans. Through many prayer meetings, we began to see the vision of The BARN. A light in the darkness. A place where people are free to worship and experience the power and presence of the Holy Spirit. A place where the Name of Jesus is exalted above all other names. A place where people are taught the Word of God and encouraged and built up. A place of restoration and healing. A place where we are challenged to take what we learn and apply it outside the walls of a building. A place where it's more about relationship than religion. A place that truly loves God and loves people. And, a place where you can sleep in on Sunday mornings because we have church on Sunday night at 6!
